How to Order

Please Note – The ₹500 shown on the website is a booking amount only, not the final price of the bouquet.

Option 1 – Standard Bouquet (No Customization)

1. Select “Do Not Customize” on the product page.
2. Place your order by paying the ₹500 booking amount.
3. We will prepare the bouquet exactly as shown in the product images.
4. The remaining ₹2,100 + delivery charges must be paid before dispatch.

Option 2 – Customized Bouquet

1. Select “Customize My Bouquet” on the product page.
2. Pay the ₹500 booking amount to confirm your order.
3. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your preferred:
   • Budget
   • Make-up products
   • Chocolates
   • Colour theme
   • Accessories
   • Custom message
4. Once your requirements are finalized, we’ll prepare your bouquet.
5. Before dispatch, we’ll share photos of the completed bouquet and collect the remaining balance amount + delivery charges.

Order Preparation & Delivery

• Preparation Time: Approximately 5–6 hours after order confirmation and finalization of requirements.
• Store Pickup: Available free of charge from our Dehradun store.
• Home Delivery (Dehradun): Available via our delivery partner (Rapido). Delivery charges are additional.
• Same-Day Delivery: Available for confirmed orders placed before 1:00 PM (subject to product availability and delivery partner availability).
