How We Ship
At Ruh Qawia, every product is handcrafted with utmost care. Since our candles and décor items are made in small batches and often customized, we follow a strict no-return & no-exchange policy except in cases of damage or manufacturing defect.
Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders with ready-to-ship products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow your package in real time.
- Made-to-Order & Customized Items: Since these pieces are specially crafted for you, the processing time may vary depending on design complexity and workload. Dispatch details and estimated delivery timelines will be shared with you after your order is confirmed.
Please Note: During festivals, promotional sales, or high-demand periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and assure you that our team works hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality.
Delivery Timeline
- Within Dehradun City: Orders are usually delivered within 24–36 hours of dispatch through our local delivery partners.
- Rest of India: Deliveries to major cities and towns within 5–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking details will be shared for your convenience.
- Remote / Interior Locations: Some remote or less accessible pin codes may take 7–10 business days to deliver depending on courier service availability.
Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimated by courier partners and may vary due to delays caused by weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Ruh Qawia will coordinate with courier services to ensure your order reaches you at the earliest.
Shipping Charges
Dehradun: For all orders within Dehradun city limits, a flat delivery charge of ₹100 is applicable, regardless of order size or value. This ensures quick, reliable, and safe doorstep delivery for our local customers.
Rest of India: For orders outside Dehradun, shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. The cost is determined based on the weight of the products in your order and the delivery location provided. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.
Taxes & Duties:
In case of any additional taxes, duties, or government-imposed charges, these will be the responsibility of the buyer. Such charges, if applicable, will need to be settled directly at the time of delivery.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link on your email (and SMS, if provided). You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery anytime.If you notice any delays or errors in tracking, don’t worry – courier partners sometimes take up to 24 hours to update their system. If the issue continues beyond that, just reach out to us and we’ll be glad to assist you.
Packaging & Damages
Packaging & Product Safety: All products are carefully and securely packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit. We use reliable packaging materials and trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
In Case of Damage: Although rare, if your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assess the issue quickly, kindly share clear photographs of the outer packaging, the product, and the damage observed.
Replacement or Refund: Once we receive and verify your claim, our team will decide whether a replacement or refund is applicable. Please note that the decision will be made at Ruh Qawia’s discretion after a thorough review of the evidence provided.
Non-Delivery / Wrong Address
- Address & Contact Details: Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are entered correctly at the time of checkout. Accurate information helps us deliver your order smoothly and without delays.
- Non-Delivery Due to Incorrect Details: Ruh Qawia will not be responsible for non-delivery, delays, or missed deliveries caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated details provided by the customer.
- Re-shipping Charges: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or recipient unavailability, re-shipping charges will apply. The order will be dispatched again only after these charges are cleared.
Important Notes
- Post-Dispatch Responsibility: Once an order has been dispatched, it is handled by our courier partners. While we strive to work only with reliable services, Ruh Qawia cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines as they are subject to the courier’s processes and unforeseen circumstances.
- Order Cancellations & Modifications: Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or redirected to another address. We request you to review your order details carefully before checkout.
